All first-time lash clients are required to receive a Full-Set before they can continue to schedule Fill-In services. Clients who have lash extensions remaining from a previous establishment will be required to book a removal service prior to their Full-Set.
Removals
Removal services cannot be booked for the same day as Full-Sets or Fill-Ins. The removal products that are used require a 24-hour period to fully wash out of natural lashes. Completing a Full-Set or Fill-In directly after a removal service will result in lash extensions prematurely falling out.

What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup—also known as cosmetic tattooing, semi-permanent makeup, microblading, powder brows, or micropigmentation—is a technique that uses tiny, sterile needles to deposit pigment into the upper dermal layer of the skin. It’s commonly used to enhance the eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips, creating natural-looking definition and long-lasting results that reduce the need for daily makeup application.
How long does permanent makeup last?
The longevity of permanent makeup varies based on aftercare, skin type, skincare routine, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Results can last anywhere from 6 months to 2+ years .Most clients choose to come in for a yearly touch-up to maintain the shape, color, and overall freshness of their results. Typically, those with normal to dry skin retain pigment longer and experience crisper healing outcomes.
Am I a Candidate for Permanent Makeup?
Most people are excellent candidates for permanent makeup. However, there are some exceptions:We do not recommend this procedure for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.If you’ve recently taken Accutane or undergone chemotherapy, you must wait at least 6 months before treatment.If you have previous permanent makeup that is still dark or heavily saturated, you may not be a candidate at this time.If you’re unsure, we highly recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation. In some cases, pigment lightening treatments may be required before new permanent makeup can be applied.What should I avoid before my appointment?
To ensure the best results and pigment retention, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:Avoid scheduling your procedure 30 days before or after any Botox or injectable filler treatments.Stay out of the sun and avoid tweezing, waxing, or threading your brows for at least 1 week prior.For 24 hours before your appointment, avoid:

– Caffeine
– Vitamin E
– Advil, Aspirin, or other blood-thinning medications- these substances can thin the blood, which may interfere with pigment placement and healing.
What to expect during your appointment?
Before the procedure begins, you’ll complete a health history questionnaire and consent form. Your artist will then map out the ideal shape based on your facial structure, Fitzpatrick skin type, and desired color outcome.Once both you and the artist are satisfied with the shape, a topical numbing cream will be applied and left on for approximately 20 minutes to ensure your comfort.The tattooing process time varies depending on the area and technique. Immediately after the procedure, the color will appear significantly more intense, but it will soften by about 30% as it heals—typically within 5 to 7 days.
Does it hurt?
Pain tolerance varies from person to person, but most clients find the procedure very manageable—some even fall asleep during their microblading or permanent makeup sessions! The sensation is often compared to tweezing or threading. To keep you comfortable, a topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure, and a secondary numbing agent is used throughout the treatment as needed. Your comfort is always a top priority.
